We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Data is only collected to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not share personal data with advertisers or any other third parties.

Depending on how you use our services, we process the following categories of data:
- Usage data: Page views, time on site, device and browser information, anonymised IP address
- Account data: Email address and timestamp when registering for the personal area
- Newsletter data: Email address and optional name when subscribing to the newsletter
4. Website Analytics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. GA4 is activated only with your explicit consent (Google Consent Mode v2).

5. User Login — Firebase Auth
For the personal area we use Firebase Authentication by Google LLC. Access is provided via a passwordless magic link sent by email.

6. Data Storage — Firebase
We use the following Firebase services by Google LLC:
- Firebase Firestore: Storage of user profiles and settings (Zürich, europe-west6)
- Firebase Storage: Storage of media files (Zürich, europe-west6)
- Firebase Hosting: Website delivery incl. server logs (IP address, timestamp, 30 days)
Legal basis: Performance of contract / legitimate interest (nFADP).

7. Fonts — Google Fonts
Our website loads fonts via Google Fonts (Google LLC). This transfers your IP address to Google servers in the USA.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (nFADP). Transfer on the basis of Swiss Standard Data Protection Clauses.
8. Newsletter — Brevo
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your data via Brevo SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France.

We use technically necessary cookies and — with your consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). Your consent is stored locally for 12 months and can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Disclosure of Data
We do not share personal data with advertisers or any other third parties. Data is shared only with the following processors, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful grounds:

11. Data Storage Location
Our data is stored primarily in Google Cloud region europe-west6 (Zürich, Switzerland). Services such as Google Analytics and Google Fonts transfer data to the USA. Swiss Standard Data Protection Clauses are in place for these transfers.
12. Your Rights
Under Swiss law (nFADP) you have the following rights:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
- Withdrawal of consent (at any time, with effect for the future)

13. Retention Periods
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. Data is deleted or anonymised once the purpose has been fulfilled.
