Events 2026: the key dates in the second half of the year for the Swiss pharma sector

Now that the first major pharma events of the year — including pharmaDavos in February and the 7th Swiss Pharma Symposium in early May — are already history, it is worth looking ahead: the second half of 2026 is well filled with trade fairs, congresses and ongoing continuing education.

23–24 September 2026 — Ilmac Lausanne Ilmac returns to Beaulieu Lausanne for its western Switzerland edition. More than 200 exhibitors will present solutions from laboratory, process and food technology as well as speciality chemicals and pharmaceutical packaging. → ilmac.ch · Lausanne

from 9 September 2026 — smarter talents Switzerland An interactive programme of workshops and lectures on patient-centred care, organised by the smarter medicine association. The series runs in hybrid form (University of Lucerne + online) until the end of February 2027 and is also aimed at pharmacy professionals. → smartermedicine.ch

11–13 November 2026 — GSASA Congress, Martigny The Swiss association of public and hospital pharmacists (GSASA) is moving its annual congress to French-speaking Switzerland — the venue is Martigny.
